Berdiklichev Mardon Jaxongirovich

Was born in 1983. By nationality, Turkmen.
Higher education: in 2005, he graduated from the Tashkent University of information technologies (bachelor's degree), faculty of telecommunications. In 2009, he graduated from the Tashkent University of information technologies (master's degree), faculty-master of communication networks, nodes and information distribution. In 2018, he received a Master's degree from the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He started his career in 2006 as an engineer of the 2nd category, serving the group for digital transmission systems of the network communication node No. 10002 of the shaharlararo Aloka korkhonasi branch of the Uzbektelecom joint-stock company.
In the following years, he worked:
- 2009-2010-Engineer of the 2nd category of the production laboratory of the shaharlararo Aloka korkhonasi branch of Uzbektelecom JSC;
- 2010-2011-Engineer of the 1st category Of the service organization of technical operation of the cable of the main branch of "shaharlararo Aloka korkhonasi" JSC " Uzbektelecom;
- 2011-2011-Head of the service organization of technical operation of workshops of the shaharlararo Aloka korkhonasi branch of Uzbektelecom JSC;
- 2011-2011-Chief specialist of the network and system Operation Department of Uzbektelecom JSC;
- 2011-2012-Chief specialist of the telecommunications network operation Department of Uzbektelecom JSC;
- 2012-2015-Deputy Director of the telecommunications network operation Department of Uzbektelecom JSC;
- 2015-2018-Deputy head of the telecommunications network operation Department of Uzbektelecom JSC;
- 2018-2019, the Chief of Department of operation of telecommunication networks of Uzbektelecom;
- 2019-2020-Acting Director for interaction with state bodies of Uzbektelecom JSC;
- Since March 2020, he has been appointed Deputy General Director for interaction with state bodies of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- Since 3 March 2023, he has been appointed Deputy chairman of the board for interaction with state bodies of Uzbektelecom JSC.
