Was born in 1970. On a nationality the Uzbek.
Higher education: in 2002, he graduated from the Tashkent electrotechnical Institute, faculty of telecommunications. In 2012, he graduated from the Higher school of business at the Academy of state and public construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He started his career in 1991 in the branch of Andijan Telecom as an electrician of the shop.
In the following years, he worked:
- From 1991 to 2005, he worked as an engineer at Andijan Telecom.
- From 2005 to 2008, he served as the first Deputy Director of the Andijan Telecom branch of Uzbektelecom.
- From 2008 to 2014, he worked as Deputy General Director of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- From 2015 to 2017, he was the technical Director of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- In 2017-Director of the branch "Bosch commutation markazi" of JSC "Uzbektelecom".
- From may to October 2018 – Director for interaction with state bodies of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- Since 2018, he has been appointed General Director of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- Since mart 3, 2023 he has been appointed chairman of the board of Uzbektelecom JSC.
Supervised questions:
- performs constant monitoring and coordination of the Company's work with state authorities, and management, local self-government, ministries and departments, law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, interacts with the listed bodies to effectively and promptly solve the tasks set;
- organizes interaction with government agencies at all levels;
- participates in commissions, committees, and working groups created by state bodies, or sends responsible employees in the relevant field for such participation;
- supervises the execution of orders, orders, orders and other policy documents of state authorities and management;
- acts as a representative of the Company before public authorities and management powers conferred under sign the appropriate documents (letters, reports, etc.);
- coordinates the information security on telecommunication networks and data transmission, protection of information systems and resources, and the introduction of effective means and methods of information protection to meet modern requirements;
- develops preventive measures to ensure information security in information systems, protection of objects and communication enterprises;
- together with the Ministry of defence, Ministry of internal Affairs, Ministry of emergency situations, the National guard, the state security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan considers the issues of ensuring continuous and safe operation of critical and classified sites, the Company is developing a complex of measures on elimination of consequences of natural disasters, using the technical strength and resources of businesses and arranges for their execution;
- coordinates, within the scope of its powers, relations with state authorities and management bodies.
