He was born in 1982. On a nationality the Uzbek.
Higher education: in 2004, he graduated from the Tashkent University of information technologies (bachelor's degree), in 2006, he graduated from the Tashkent University of information technologies (master's degree), Tashkent city, faculty of management and communication Economics.
He started his career in 2004 in the branch of "intercity communication Enterprise" of Uzbektelecom JSC as an engineer.
In the following years he worked:
- in 2007-2009, he was a postgraduate student at the Tashkent University of information technologies;
- In 2010 and 2011, leading accountant of JSC "Uzbektelecom»;
- In 2011-2017 gg chief accountant of the branch "Telecom Billing" AK "Uzbektelekom»;
- In 2017-2018 gg chief accountant AK "Uzbektelekom»;
- In 2019-2020 BP.and.about. financial Director of "Uzbektelecom»;
- Since March 2020, deputy general director for financial affairs at Uzbektelecom JSC.
- Since March 2023, deputy chairman of the board for financial affairs at Uzbektelecom JSC.
Supervised questions:
- determines the company's financial policy, develops and implements measures to ensure its financial stability, coordinates financial management based on the company's strategic goals and development prospects, and determines sources of financing based on market conditions;
- provides control over compliance with financial discipline, timely and complete fulfillment of contractual obligations and income receipt, the procedure for registration of financial and economic transactions with suppliers, customers, credit organizations, as well as operations of foreign economic activity;
- manages the preparation of long-term and current financial plans and budgets of funds, indicators of the approved budget system, provides control over their implementation;
- monitors the state, movement and intended use of financial resources, the results of financial and economic activities, and the fulfillment of tax obligations;
- coordinates the provision of necessary financial information to internal and external users;
- organizes the analysis and evaluation of the company's financial results and the development of measures to improve the efficiency of financial management;
- manages the activities of the company's financial divisions, organizes work to improve the skills of employees, and provides methodological assistance to the Company's employees on financial issues.
