The outsourcing service is provided to individuals and legal entities. Pricing is carried out according to the price list.

Note to tariff plans for outsourcing service:
Outsourcing service is provided subject to availability of human and logistical resources;
The tariff plan "Basic" includes processing of calls by operators of the Call Center - receiving calls, recording information in the CRM system, providing information on a ready base;
The tariff plan "Specialized" includes the processing of calls by the Call-Center operators with the narrowly specialized qualification in a particular area (medicine, IT-sphere, legal sphere, etc.). The functional responsibilities of the operators are defined individually for each project on a contractual basis;
Unused minutes included in the monthly fee shall not be transferred to the next billing period.

* If the number of minutes exceeds 100,000 per month, the Company may consider reducing the cost by up to 20%.
