- This group of tariffs is available to individual subscribers using mobile and stationary terminal equipment.
- The subscription fee for all tariff plans is charged on the first day of each month, with the active status of the subscriber. When a subscriber switches to an inactive status, the subscription fee for the next month is not charged. If a subscriber is activated during the reporting month, then the subscription fee for the reporting month is charged from the date of connection, scaled.
- All calls are charged from the first second of the call and are rounded up to a full minute.
- Outgoing international calls are charged at a separate cost.
- Unused included minutes package does not carry over to the next month.
- All incoming calls are free and do not consume the included minutes package.
