- Tariff plan "TA'LIM" (hereinafter referred to as TP) is intended for students and teachers, higher and secondary specialized educational institutions (institutes, universities, lyceums, colleges), as well as school teachers. When connecting, students need to provide a student ID, teachers ID.
- Switching from other TPs and connecting to this tariff is possible only at the UZTELECOM sales and service office, subject to the presentation of the relevant documents. Connection of this TP through dealer service points is closed.
- Subscribers are offered special Internet packages with a face value of 5,000, 8,000 and 12,000 MB, which are more profitable than usual Internet packages up to 20%.

- One subscriber (individual) can connect only one number to the TP.
- The company reserves the right to block students and teachers connected to this TP to confirm the relevant documents. In this case, subscribers can switch to any other TP available for connection or contact the UZTELECOM sales and service office to confirm their student ID or teacher ID.
- Subscribers on this TP are provided with non-chargeable access to Internet resources according to the approved lists:
- List No. 1 and List No. 2
- When the ZiyoNET service is activated on this TP, the subscriber's office for the service is provided at a reduced cost by 50%.
- On the day of AP accrual (settlement date), the size of the balance on the personal account of the Subscriber must be at least the size of the AP for TP.
- The limits are provided upon successful write-off of the AP under the TP and are available until the end of the current billing period, unspent TP limits will not be transferred to the next billing period.
- All calls are charged from the first second of the call and are rounded up to a full minute.
- Services provided by content providers, such as voice infotainment and SMS services, are charged at a separate cost.
- SMS limit is spent only when sending outgoing SMS-messages to Subscribers of cellular operators of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Outgoing international calls / SMS are charged according to the current tariffs.
- When changing the tariff plan (from "Street", "OnLime" or "Flash"), the rest of the limit remains until the validity period of the previous TP. Bonuses for payments (if any), traffic min / SMS / MB for purchased packages are saved until the validity period in accordance with the package.
- When changing the current tariff plan to tariffs "Street", "OnLime", "Flash", "Royal" (if the services "For the Family" and "prohibiting the transfer of their own number" are activated) the terms of service do not change.
- When changing the current tariff plan to tariffs "Street", "OnLime", "Flash", "Royal", if the service "rent a number" is activated, the charging period for the service will be aligned with the period of charging the subscription fee for the new tariff plan from the next cycle.
- Calls within Uzbekistan include numbers registered in the networks of all operators of mobile and fixed telephone communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the UzMobile network of GSM, CDMA-450 standards and the fixed telephone network of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- On the TP, the services "Restart", "Profitable exchange" and "Help out" are available for use.

- Tariff plans to which transition from TA'LIM TP is available:

- “Aloqachi”, “Bolajon”, “C1”, “C2”, “C3”, “C4”, “MAKTAB” - 4,200 soums;
- “Just 10” - 10,000 soums;
- If the subscriber has an Internet package and if there are not enough MB from the Internet package for the session (less than 100MB on 3G/4G, less than 1000MB on 5G), then charges will then be made from the main balance (if there are funds on it ).
