Special training courses for branch managers and accountants have been completed
From January 12 to 18, a week-long special course on modern effective management was held for heads of branches of the joint-stock company and chief accountants of Uzbektelecom JSC on the topic: "Time management is a guarantee of efficiency and effectiveness. Supporting young people and their initiatives is the key to success."
On the first day, the Minister for the development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shukhrat Sadikov addressed the audience, outlined the main priorities of the company's development, set specific tasks for the development of modern telecommunications services, as well as improving the quality and efficiency of the joint-stock company's management.
During the speech of the head of the Ministry, a constructive business conversation was held with the heads of the company's branches. It was mentioned the need to improve the quality of work of the company's staff, using effective time management. They also discussed specific initiatives to support young people, which were expressed by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev at a meeting with young people during a visit to the Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Specialized school on December 27, 2019.
During the week, the heads of branches of the Uzbektelecom joint-stock company received more than 20 reports from leading specialists as part of special courses. In parallel with the training courses for branch Directors, there were also specialized classes for accountants of the company's divisions.
As a result of the past week-long courses, managers and accountants of branches of Uzbektelecom JSC who successfully mastered the program were awarded certificates.
