Individuals can use the static IP address service by connecting to the UNLIM 1000 tariff plan
It should be borne in mind that xDSL technology (more precisely, its most modern version ADSL 2+) cannot transmit data from the subscriber at a speed of more than 1 Mbit/sec. That is why this technology is called “asynchronous”; the speeds of outgoing and incoming streams are not equal
Individuals have the opportunity to change their tariff plan in two ways:
- Method 1. Changing the tariff plan upon the preliminary written application of Subscribers at the Sales and Service Offices, during business hours.
- Method 2. The tariff plan can be changed through the Personal Account and Mobile Application
There are 3 methods of protecting a Wi-Fi network:
- 1. Password protection;
- 2. Hide the name of the Wi-Fi network through the modem settings;
- 3. Attaching a Mac address for a limited number of users
If the subscriber’s balance status is “0”, the following resources will be available: http://www.uztelecom.uz, https://cabinet.uztelecom.uz
Payment can be made through mobile banking payment systems CLICK, PAYME and other payment systems that have the “Uzonline” section; to pay for IPTV, the TELECOM TV section, you must write a personal account. Payment through foreign countries is carried out using the WEBMONEY payment system
If you suspect unprofitable traffic consumption, you need to check first:
- 1) Are there any third-party connections to the Wi-Fi network (check the modem settings);
- 2) Check whether automatic updates are disabled on devices;
- 3) Checking the device for viruses

The quality of speed measurement is influenced by a number of factors:
- Server speed;
- Speed and settings of the router, if your computer is connected to the local network through it;
- Running programs on the computer at the time of scanning;
- Antiviruses and firewalls running in the background;
- Computer and operating system settings.

- If you have two computers and both need to be connected to the Internet, we recommend choosing one of two options. The simplest is to connect both via a Wi-Fi router. In this case, your access speed decreases, but the cost of the service remains the same.
- If you need two independent computers with high speed Internet access, then the optimal solution is to create two connections. In this case, for each connection you choose a tariff that is convenient for you. The connection speed does not decrease, but the cost of the service increases.
- To submit a request to set up wireless access at home or a second connection, please call: 1084.
Technical specialists will arrive within 2 to 7 working days after completing the application.
* First, a specialist will call you and agree on working hours in your apartment (connecting your computer to the Internet).
* Depends on the connection technology
Internet connection occurs daily during business hours from 09:00 to 18:00. Prior to connection, the staff will agree with you on the date of arrival of the installer.
The account is replenished within an hour after funds are received into the account.
The connection speed will be divided between computers in proportion to the load and the order of calls to the external network.
100 Mbit/s - connection capacity between the provider’s equipment using FTTB/GPON technology and your PC. Data transfer speed depends on a number of factors, including the selected tariff.
Traffic is the amount of information coming to your computer from the network and sent from it to the network.
Every time you browse the Internet, receive mail, download files, a certain amount of information, measured in bytes, arrives on your computer. Incoming traffic is the volume of information coming to your computer from the network, and outgoing traffic, accordingly, is the volume leaving your computer on the network.
Such difficulties usually arise with popular free Internet resources that simply cannot cope with the load.
If you have a low speed of downloading files from one site, while the download speed from other sites is high and stable, it means that you have accessed exactly such a busy server, and only the owners of this resource can influence the situation.
In one case, the Internet connection speed is indicated (in kilobits), and in the other, the download speed (in kilobytes).
The byte to bit ratio is 1:8.
Thus, downloading occurs at a speed of 10240 Kbit/sec, only it is displayed not in Kbit/sec, but in KB/sec.
When reinstalling Windows, no additional settings are required. After reinstallation, you need to check the installation of drivers for the network card and the connection to the data network.
It is necessary to distinguish: information from the site is downloaded slowly or the site does not load. Information may be downloaded slowly from popular free sites due to the high load on the site's server. This problem can only be fixed by the resource owner.
The second reason is that you have an application installed on your PC aimed at filtering traffic. (antivirus, Firewall). You need to change the settings of this application or disable it.
To make a recalculation, a corresponding written application is required, as well as the applicant’s passport.
The application must be written at the nearest sales office; the application must contain the days during which the problem occurred, a personal account, the address at which the service was actually connected, and a signature.
Addresses and opening hours of customer service offices can be found on the official website of the company www.uztelecom.uz in the “Location of sales offices” section
To re-register the contract, you must contact the office, where you will need to provide an application from two persons (old and new owners), or an application from the new owner with a handwritten application signed and a copy/original passport from the first owner; the new owner must also have a passport with him. The contract is renewed in full - with the remaining funds and connected services.
If there are no contacts for the owner of the contract or an additional connection is required, it is possible to arrange a second connection at the address. In this case, the new owner will need to provide a copy of his passport with a photo, as well as a lease agreement, property document or passport (page with registration) to the company office. The letter must indicate a contact phone number.
To activate your account, you must pay a monthly subscription fee for all connected services.
You can change your tariff plan very quickly in your personal account or in the mobile application. If you find it difficult to choose a tariff plan or don’t know how to change it yourself, you can always contact the technical support service by calling 1084. Our specialists will take into account your wishes and do everything for you.
You can change your tariff plan or activate additional services:
- through your Personal Account;
- via the My Uztelecom mobile application;
- by calling Uzonline Customer Service 1084;
- arriving at one of the sales offices.
First of all, you need to check whether the cable is connected to the network device (router or network card), and also check the connection settings.
If everything is in order, you can reboot the router . It is worth checking the status of your account; it is quite possible that the account has run out of funds. If all else fails, please contact technical support by phone 1084.
VDSL (English: Very high speed Digital Subscriber Line, ultra-high-speed digital subscriber line) - belongs to the xDSL family of technologies. Its main application is digital subscriber loops, which require very high transmission speeds. In VDSL-based solutions, the central point of the system is a specialized, switching system that receives the broadcast data from the source (for example, from a fiber optic cable) and therefore, using classic copper cables, transmits the data to the target recipient. ADSL technology works by using a wide range of signal frequencies sent in copper cables and quartering the ranges used to separate the frequency channels. The lower limit frequency is 300 kHz (in practice, 350 kHz is accepted) in a situation where there is no need to transmit analog telephony signals. The upper limit depends on the length of the cable segment and can range from 30 MHz for a cable not exceeding 300 m to 10 MHz for a 500 m cable.
Such technical solutions make it possible to obtain very high throughput, but on relatively short cable sections:
- - 42 Mbit/s at a distance of up to 500 meters (in practice, segments not exceeding 300 m are used;
- - 20 Mbit/s at a distance of 500-900m;
- - 10 Mbit/s at a distance of up to 1500m.
Once the cable length exceeds 1500m, the bandwidth available with VDSL technology becomes lower than with ADSL technology. For this reason, VDSL-based solutions are not used over long distances. An extension of VDSL is a technology called VDSL2, which uses multiplexing along with frequency division of the signal, and takes the full range up to 30 MHz as a basis. This type of solution allows you to significantly increase the possible throughput, however, just like in the case of its predecessor, over short distances:
- - 150 Mbit/s at a distance not exceeding 300m (practically does not exceed 100m);
- - 50 Mbit/s at a distance of 500m;
- - 10-20 Mbit/s at a distance of up to 1000m.
At a distance of 1500 m and above, the possible throughput is close to that available using ADSL technology, and is maintained at this level at a distance of up to 3-4 km.
