Higher education: in 2004 he graduated from Tashkent University of Information Technology, in 2015 — Tashkent State University of Economics, receiving a master's degree in management (marketing in the field of communications and informatization).
He began his career in the Uzbektelecom Joint-Stock Company in 2007 at the O'zbektelekom Mobayl branch as a specialist in the department of regional development and dealer relations.
