To conclude an agency agreement, the applicant must be in the status of a legal entity (LLC, small enterprise, private enterprise, etc.)
LIST OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR CONCLUSION OF AN AGENCY AGREEMENT WITH UZBEKTELECOM JSC (copies):
- Certificate of state registration of a business entity.
- Charter.
- Confirming information about the bank details of the applicant's servicing bank.
- Certificate of state registration of a VAT payer (in case the applicant pays the generally established taxes, in accordance with the Tax legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
- Premises lease agreement or a document confirming ownership of the declared premises used as a point of sale.
- Orders for the appointment of a director and the hiring of an operator.
- Director's passport, operator's passport.
- Photos of the facade and interior of the point of sale.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WHEN OPENING AN ADDITIONAL SALES POINT (copies):
- Premises lease agreement or a document confirming ownership of the declared premises used as a point of sale.
- Employment order and operator's passport.
- Photos of the facade and interior of the point of sale.
