I undertake to fully comply with all established requirements, obligations, and rules for opening a sales point within 30 days of receiving authorization from Uzbektelecom JSC to open and operate the sales point, and before signing the agency agreement.
If the completed work does not comply with the established requirements and rules, or if any deficiencies are identified (including the quality of the sales point’s renovation, the color, font, size, and design of advertising materials, etc.), I undertake not to raise any objections to the comments made by Uzbektelecom JSC and to fully rectify all identified deficiencies.
