I am familiar with the REQUIREMENTSestablished by the UzMobile branch of Uzbektelecom JSC for opening a sales point and, in case of a positive decision on the part of the UzMobile branch of Uzbektelcom JSC, to open an agent sales point, before signing of the agency agreement, I undertake to prepare a sales point within 30 days, in accordance with the REQUIREMENTSand the rules of GUIDELINE
If the work performed does not comply with the REQUIREMENTSand GUIDELINEof the sales point of the UzMobile branch of Uzbektelecom JSC (quality of repairs, requirements for advertising materials - color, font, size, design etc.), I will not have any claims against the UzMobile branch of Uzbektelecom JSC. I do not object to the elimination of identified deficiencies and guarantee full compliance and fulfillment of all established requirements.
