How to connect?
Before you enter into an agreement for Uzonline services, we recommend that you carefully read the terms of the Public Offer.
Basic conditions for connection:
- 1. It is necessary to have a telephone line from a branch of Uzbektelecom JSC without telephone channel sealing equipment, blockers, security alarms and other devices. Also, the telephone line should not be paired before connecting to the splitter.
- 2. There should be no debt for communication services to the servicing branch of Uzbektelecom JSC
- 3. To connect to tariffs intended for use by legal entities, the telephone line must be registered in a non-residential building. Lines from the residential stock cannot be used by legal entities to connect to tariffs intended for residential users.
To connect to the service, you need to visit any Uzonline sales office in your region and provide:
- —Letter from the organization to connect to Internet services (on letterhead with a stamp)
After submitting the necessary documents, you will be given a contract, an invoice for payment and a memo (with data and parameters for connecting to the service). Your telephone line will be connected to the Uzonline service within three working days.
The company's employees will notify you of the fact of connection, and from that moment you will be provided with a test mode to record a successful connection. At the test mode stage you will be provided with 20 megabytes of test (free) traffic. The provision of the service according to the selected tariff plan will begin after the test traffic has been exhausted and an advance payment has been made.
To avoid empty visits, we recommend that you obtain preliminary consultations by calling the Customer Support Service (CSS) about the availability of free ADSL ports on your PBX.
You can also submit a preliminary online application for connection via our website. This will allow you to significantly simplify the connection process and reduce service time at the sales office.
To set up the connection, we recommend that you use the instructions from our website or consult the SPK. If you find it difficult to set up a connection yourself, you can use the “Craftsman Visit” service by ordering it from an operator when connecting to the service at the sales office or by calling the SPK.
