Terms of YAKKA TADBIRKOR tariff plans:

• YAKKA TADBIRKOR tariff plans are designed to connect subscribers who are participants in civil law relations, engaged in business or other activities without forming a legal entity.
• The actual access speed over the data transmission network, including the Internet, depends on the equipment on the subscriber's side, bandwidth limits set by the owners of other networks and servers not belonging to Uzbektelecom.
• Connection using FTTB technology is carried out subject to technical availability (availability of a telecommunications port with a capacity of 1 Gbit/s on the subscriber's network switch and terminal equipment, laying a subscriber line using a category 6 UTP cable, etc.).
• The possibility of switching from other tariff plans to YAKKA TADBIRKOR tariff plans, as well as in the opposite direction, is determined in accordance with the Tariff Change Matrix for the YAKKA TADBIRKOR line.
• For subscribers connected to YAKKA TADBIRKOR tariff plans, the Internet access speed can be increased in the evening (from 19:00 to 07:00) to daytime (from 07:00 to 19:00). To increase the speed of Internet access, you need to connect an additional "TURBO" service.
• Other conditions for the provision of Internet services and their tariffsand within the framework of tariffs are specified in the Terms and Conditions of Service.

Terms of OTT-TV services on the TELECOM TV portal:

• To view media content on the TELECOMTV portal, users need to download and install the TELECOM TV app on their device. The first authorization is performed automatically when the TELECOM TV application is launched on a device connected to the Uzbektelecom home Internet network. In cases when the device is not connected to the home Internet network from Uzbektelecom, authorization is carried out using the login and password of Internet services;
• OTT services are provided subject to the active status of Internet services.
• A detailed list of TV channels is published on the website https://telecomtv.uz the number and list of TV channels may vary.
• On the TELECOM TV platform, users are given the opportunity to watch TV channels from archived recordings, and the rewind function is also available.
• As part of a single subscription, you can use up to five devices to view media content.
• The tariffs do not include the cost of the equipment (set-top box).
• Users of the TELECOM TV platform may be provided with a subscription to other media content (movies, TV series, music, etc.), payment for additional subscriptions is charged at separately approved rates, if funds are available in the personal account.

Terms of service "Video surveillance":

1. YAKKA TADBIRKOR's tariff plans provide for the provision of video surveillance services in the form of software. The subscriber purchases the necessary equipment for using this service independently.
2. If it is necessary to increase the number of additional video surveillance cameras (in excess of the number included in the tariff), additional cameras will be charged according to the applicable tariffs.
3. If it is necessary to carry out installation work on the installation of video surveillance cameras, a separate payment is charged according to the applicable tariffs.
4. The provision of video surveillance services using previously installed video surveillance cameras is subject to their technical compatibility with Uzbektelecom equipment.

Terms of provision of mobile communication services in GSM network:

• As part of the tariff plans for broadband Internet services of YAKKA TADBIRKOR, mobile communication services are provided, combined through the option of a Single Account.
• Upon a new connection to one of the YAKKA TADBIRKOR tariff plans, depending on the selected tariff plan, a certain number of mobile phone numbers are assigned to the subscriber by default, and SIM cards connected to the YTT tariff plan are issued.
• Mobile phone numbers issued under the YAKKA TADBIRKOR tariffs (SIM cards with the YTT tariff plan are not excluded) they are not available for exclusion from the "Single Account".
• If necessary, the subscriber can, at his discretion, increase the number of additional SIM cards connected to the YTT tariff plan, or with another mobile tariff plan available for connection. In total, up to 10 SIM cards can be connected as part of the "Single Account" option.
• The cost of the subscription fee is indicated taking into account the discount provided under the "Single Account" option. When changing the number of SIM cards, the subscription fee for broadband Internet and mobile communication services is summed up, the discount percentage changes in accordance with the current "Conditions for combining personal accounts for telecommunications services" (&"Telekommunikatsiya xizmatlarining shaxsiy hisoblarini birlashtirish shartlari").
• The basic cost of the monthly broadband Internet subscription fee, excluding mobile communications and the discount provided, is:

  YAKKA TADBIRKOR 3 608 889 soums

7. Other conditions for the provision of services and their tariffs within the framework of combined service packages are stipulated in the Rules for the Provision and Tariffs of Telecommunications services combined into a convergent tariff, the Terms of combining personal accounts of telecommunications services, as well as in the terms of tariff plans for telecommunications Services.
