- The service is available for subscribers of individuals and legal entities (with the exception of TP M2M Basic subscribers)
- When connecting any of the Internet non-stop packages, from the second month there is a discount of 10% on the cost of the activated Internet package. The discount is valid every 31st day after the activation of the service and with a sufficient amount of funds on the balance sheet, and is valid until the package is deactivated.
- At the same time, you can connect only one of the options within the Internet non-stop packages.
- The cost of the service is charged for every 31st day after the activation of the service and with a sufficient number of funds on the balance sheet.
- If the phone was blocked or there was not enough money in the account, traffic is assigned only when returned to the active state and when a corresponding payment is made and the cost of the service is successfully charged.
- When changing the number, tariff plan, the conditions of service provision do not change.
- When charging a subscription fee for packet renewal, the amount of unused traffic for previous periods is summed up with the newly provided volume. Provided that the traffic is not consumed, but the subscriber fee is not charged (due to insufficient funds in the account), the unspent traffic is reset to zero. When making a payment, the traffic volume and validity period are assigned in accordance with the package.
- In order to activate another Internet package as part of the Internet non-stop service, it is necessary to disable the previously activated Internet package as part of the Internet non-stop packages, while the remaining traffic is stored until its validity period.
- After activating one of the Internet packages within the Internet non-stop packages, the package operates on an ongoing basis until it is deactivated.
- Traffic consumption priority:
- Internet bonus packages (if any);
- Group of packages "Daily Internet packages";
- Internet Packet Group for TAS-IX;
- Free resources (limits) within the framework of the tariff plan;
- Internet non-stop package group;
- Group of other Internet packages purchased.
- Individuals can activate/deactivate packages on USSD-request, SMS, in the company's offices, Call-center and through the "Personal Office."
- Legal entities order the service from UZMOBILE offices.
- The service is valid in RU territory in UZMOBILE GSM network area (2G/3G/4G).
