- The time for debiting the cost for a subscription is not fixed and depends on the time the link is provided. The subscription period is calculated from the moment the link was sent to the Subscriber, without reference to the first day of the calendar month. The subscription validity period does not depend on the status of your personal account.
- Each subscription to this service has an auto-renewal feature. Auto-renewal allows you to extend your current subscription
- for the next period without performing additional actions.
- The link is provided in the form of an SMS message to a mobile number.
- The promotional period is provided once for one of the subscriptions indicated in Tables No. 1 and No. 2, to each unique user of UZTELECOM GSM mobile communication services.
- You can activate / deactivate / re-request a subscription link as part of the service in your Personal Account, mobile application, via USSD, at UZTELECOM sales and service offices or by calling the Call Center. Legal entities can order/disable the service
- at the Company's offices.
- Activation/auto-renewal of the service is carried out when the state is active and there is a sufficient amount of funds in the subscriber’s Personal Account to write off the cost of the subscription.
- The amount written off for subscription activation is not subject to return and/or recalculation.
- The service is valid for all tariff plans (except for M2M series tariff plans).
- To use the service, you must activate the Mobile Internet service if it was previously disabled.
- Information about the launch of the service and its conditions is carried out by the Company by posting relevant information on the Internet on the official website uztelecom.uz and other means of communication.
- JSC "Uzbektelecom" has the right to change the terms of service by posting relevant information on the official website www.uztelecom.uz or by notifying by other means of communication. Subscribers can independently check the relevant changes on the above website.
