How to connect?

Basic conditions for connection:

 


1. It is necessary to have a telephone line from a branch of Uzbektelecom JSC without telephone channel sealing equipment, blockers, security alarms and other devices. Also, the telephone line should not be paired with a connection to the splitter.
2. There should be no debt for communication services to the management of the branch of Uzbektelecom JSC
3. To connect to tariffs for home use, the telephone line must be registered in the housing stock. Non-residential lines cannot be connected to residential tariffs.

 


To connect to the events, you need to visit any Uzonline sales office in your region. You must have with you:

 


1. Your passport
2. Passport or correction of the passport of the owner of the telephone line (if you are not recognized as reliable)
3. Application to connect the line to “Uzonline” with the signature of the line owner (if you are not persistent). The application form can be downloaded here or obtained from the sales office.

 

To avoid repeated or empty visits, we recommend that you obtain preliminary consultations by calling the Customer Support Service (CSS) about the availability of free ADSL ports on your PBX.


 

You can also submit a preliminary online application for connection through our website. This will allow you to significantly simplify the connection process and reduce service time in the sales office.


 

After registration, you will be given a package of documents and a Memo (with data and parameters for connecting to the service). Your telephone line will be connected to the Uzonline service within three working days. Company employees will notify you of the fact of connection, and from that moment you will be able to use Uzonline services.
