Subscribers can purchase an additional SIM card at any sales and service office. If you need to activate an additional SIM card, you can activate this SIM card through the call center. One subscriber cannot receive more than one SIM card at the same time using the “Additional SIM card” service. Once your existing supplementary SIM card has been activated, a new supplementary SIM card can be obtained from our sales and service offices.
