Service Description: The "Insurance" service, available in the MyUTC mobile application, provides subscribers with a fast and convenient way to issue insurance policies online. Through the service, users can apply for:
· Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicle Owners (OSAGO);
· Voluntary Residential Property Insurance ("Mulkdor");
· Gas Cylinder Insurance;
· And other insurance products.
Integration with internal systems allows for:
· Automatic calculation of the policy premium;
· Data verification through state databases (PINFL, vehicle records);
· Instant payment without visiting offices; Upon successful payment, the user receives an electronic insurance policy (E-polis), available for viewing and downloading within the MyUTC app.
Activation and Usage
To access the service:
1. Open the MyUTC mobile application.
2. Go to Service Catalog → Insurance.
3. The user is automatically redirected to a secure internal portal.
4. Select the desired insurance product and fill in the required data.
Terms of Issuance and Payment
· Transactional Model: No subscription fee; payment is only made upon policy issuance.
· Online Payment: Processed via bank card through the payment gateway.
· Confirmation: If funds are insufficient, the transaction is declined, and the policy is not issued.
· Data Verification: Carried out automatically via state databases.
· E-policy: After payment, a legally binding E-polis is generated.
· Internet Traffic: Within Uzbekistan, usage is governed by MyUTC terms; in roaming, standard operator tariffs apply.
Specifics by Insurance Type
1. Motor Insurance (OSAGO): Required information:
· Vehicle type and registration region;
· Number of drivers and insurance period;
· License plate number, technical passport series, and number;
· Passport data / PINFL and contact phone number.
2. Residential Property Insurance: Required information:
· Housing type (house or apartment) and full address;
· Total area;
· Owner's passport data / PINFL.
3. Gas Cylinder Insurance: Required information:
· Owner's passport data / PINFL;
· Type of gas equipment (propane or methane);
· Vehicle data (license plate, technical passport).
4. Sports Accident Insurance: Covers risks associated with injuries sustained during training and competitions. Insured events: Injury or health damage, temporary disability, permanent disability, or death resulting from an accident.
5. Individual Accident Insurance: The object of insurance is property interests related to the life and health of the insured person. Insured events: Temporary incapacity for work, disability (Group I or II), or death resulting from an accident.
Personal Account and Support
· Access to Policies: All issued policies are available in the MyUTC app.
· Data Security: Data is restored after authorization via phone number.
· Important: If the phone number is changed, the history of issued policies may become unavailable.
· Deactivation: Not required, as there is no recurring subscription fee.
