These conditions determine the procedure for providing video and television content services to subscribers of the UZTELECOM GSM mobile network in the “Mediabay” mobile application (hereinafter - Service).
As part of the Service, subscribers are given the opportunity to activate one of the packages according to the cost indicated in the table:

- When one of the packages is activated, activation of another (different type) package is available regardless of the validity period of the previous (valid) activated package. The amount written off for activation of the package is not subject to return and/or recalculation.
- The service is valid on all current tariff plans for individuals (except for tariff plans of the M2M series).
- To use the “Online Cinema from Mediabay” service, you must activate the “Mobile Internet” service if it was previously disabled.
- Service activation is possible if there are sufficient funds in the subscriber’s personal account to write off the cost of the service.
- Internet traffic within the “Mediabay” Service is not charged only when using the Service in the UZTELECOM mobile network, as part of the purchased package. When logging into your service account (account) through any other access network inInternet traffic is charged according to the terms of the tariff plan.
- A subscription activated in the mobile application is also valid in the web version of the mediabay.uz portal.
- The use of an active subscription in the UZTELECOM mobile network is provided on 1 device (at a time) without reference to the mobile number from which the initial registration was made. It is possible to log in from an additional device that is not in the UZTELECOM mobile network with the same login and password.
- When the subscription expires, the Service is disabled without automatic renewal for a new term. To continue using the service, you must purchase a subscription for the next term.
- To avoid wasting Internet traffic, after connecting the service, you must end the previous Internet session by turning off mobile data, then turn on the Internet session again.
- The application may consume a small amount of traffic to load covers and other services of the “Mediabay” application. At the same time, all traffic for watching video content and online TV will be free and will not consume the traffic of Internet packages.
- Information about the launch of the Service and its conditions is carried out by the Company by posting relevant information on the Internet on the official website www.uztelecom.uz and other means of communication.
- JSC Uzbektelecom has the right to change the terms of the Service by posting relevant information on the official website www.uztelecom.uz or by notifying by other means of communication. Subscribers can independently check the relevant changes on the above website.
