Service Description: "Telecom Travel" is a travel planning service within the MyUTC ecosystem. Uztelecom subscribers are provided with free access to platform content, special offers, and the service catalog. Payment is only made upon actual purchase (airfare, accommodation).
Service Activation and Usage
To access travel services, the subscriber must perform the following actions in the MyUTC mobile application:
- Open the app and select the interface language.
- Go to the section: Service Catalog → Telecom Travel.
- Select the desired category (flights, hotels, or tours).
Booking and Payment Terms
- Transactional Model: There is no subscription fee for using the platform. Payment is only charged upon confirmation of booking or ticket purchase.
- Online Payment: Payments are made online via a linked bank card.
- Confirmation: If there are insufficient funds in the account, the system will decline the transaction, and the booking will not be confirmed.
- Internet Traffic: When using the service via the Operator's mobile network within Uzbekistan, access is provided according to MyUTC ecosystem rules. In roaming, traffic is charged according to established tariffs.
Personal Account and Support
- Order History: All issued tickets and accommodation vouchers are automatically saved in the "My Orders" section.
- Data Preservation: If the app is reinstalled, data is restored after authorization by phone number.
- Important: If the phone number in the MyUTC profile is changed, the history of previous bookings will be reset.
- Customer Support: For questions regarding insurance, ticket refunds, or booking details, subscribers can contact support via the "Cabinet" section within the platform.
