In accordance with Appendix 2 of Decree No. 194 issued by the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 30, 2024, the approved "Regulation on the Public Council under the Ministry of Digital Technologies" stipulates that the Public Council shall be established under the Ministry. Its activities apply to the Ministry's central apparatus, territorial administrations, and departments, as well as joint-stock companies, associations, enterprises, and institutions within the system. It is also established that the Public Council is created by Ministerial decree. In this regard, the activities of the Ministry's Public Council also pertain to the operations of "Uzbektelecom" Joint-Stock Company.
