Job Responsibilities:

-   Ensures the utilization of capital investments targeted for construction works, execution of construction and installation works, and commissioning of capacities.

-   Monitors compliance with established standards for the construction deadlines and commissioning dates of production facilities and fixed assets.

-   Ensures the timely and high-quality execution of all construction, installation, and other related works.

-   Performs construction and installation works at project sites implemented by the Branch, in strict accordance with working drawings.

-   Carries out operational and technical maintenance and eliminates faults on backbone and intra-regional communication lines.

-   Identifies the location of cable damage when functional fibers are available and takes measures to rectify it.

-   Installs distribution cabinets, terminal boxes, and other cable termination equipment.

-   Determines cable routes and burial depth using a cable locator.

-   Reviews new projects provided by designers.

-   Complies with the requirements of environmental protection legislation.

-   Participates in technical training sessions related to the field and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-   Secondary specialized vocational education.

-   Knowledge of technical maintenance organization and control deadlines for eliminating cable damage.

-   Knowledge of the main directions of network development and core fields of activity.

-   Knowledge of instructions defining the profile and specialization of the Branch.

-   Knowledge of the procedures, rules, and instructions for organizing the construction of mobile telecommunication facilities and civil structures.

-   Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation.

-   Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, technical safety, and environmental rules and regulations.

-   Knowledge of legislation governing financial and economic activities.

-   Knowledge of construction and installation works, production, labor, and management organization.

Working Conditions:

- Formal employment based on an employment contract.

- Working week: 6 days (Monday–Saturday), day off – Sunday.

- Working hours: Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00 (with a lunch break).

- Vacation and other social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code.

- Work activities may require travel or on-site inspections at the facility.
