Job Responsibilities
- Implement measures aimed at improving the quality of customer service based on monitoring the results of surveys conducted to determine the level of subscriber satisfaction;
- Perform other functions within the established authority related to customer service and subscribers who contact the Sales and Customer Service Department;
- In accordance with the Company’s internal documents regulating the conclusion of contracts for the provision of telecommunications services, conclude contracts with the Company’s subscribers for the provision of telecommunications services (internet, IP telephony, mobile communications, television and other additional services);
- When concluding contracts, monitor the timely payment by subscribers for telecommunications services;
- Provide subscribers with complete information and recommendations regarding the services, promotions and tariff plans offered by the Company;
- Conduct surveys as part of active sales, identify potential Company subscribers and, when visiting locations, conclude contracts for the provision of telecommunications services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A specialist with higher education and at least three years of work experience in a Category II specialist position;
- Experience as a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet (MS Explorer), and E-mail (Outlook Express) software.
Working Conditions:
- Official employment under an employment contract;
- Working hours: Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 (with a lunch break);
- Annual leave and other social guarantees are provided in accordance with the Labour Code;
- Mobile communications.
