Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and high-quality preparation of reports related to the activities of the telecommunications unit;
- Prepare material consumption reports indicating the name, quantity, cost, and item (nomenclature) number of consumed materials (equipment), and enter the relevant data into the 1C Accounting system on the date the report is prepared;
- Maintain records of construction materials used for each construction project during the reporting period in accordance with the approved design and cost estimate documentation;
- Process and record the receipt, issuance, storage, and delivery of inventory and material assets in compliance with supporting documentation;
- Participate in inventory counts of material and inventory assets and ensure their proper safekeeping;
- Prepare defect reports for damaged tools, equipment, and other assets, as well as write-off reports and statements regarding shortages or damage to materials.
Skills and qualifications required
- Higher education in Economics or a related field, with at least 3 (three) years of work experience in materials and warehouse accounting, accounting, finance, or economics;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet applications, and e-mail (Outlook), with the ability to use these software applications confidently in a professional environment.
Working Conditions
- Official employment under an employment contract;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 (including a lunch break);
- Annual leave and other social benefits in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Mobile communications.
