Job Responsibilities:
- Organizes the receipt, processing, and registration of telecommunications contracts, as well as their transfer to the archive;
- Organizes the provision of telecommunications services to the Branch's subscribers in accordance with contract terms, approved tariffs, and established procedures;
- Evaluates process effectiveness and prepares quarterly reports based on the work plan, as well as reports on the activities of the Material Supply and Subscriber Contracts Service;
- Receives original copies of subscriber contracts concluded via the billing system from Agents, along with copies of required documents (such as subscriber identity verification);
- Oversees and monitors access rights (granting and revoking access) within the billing system and the network folder at \\172.16.22.20;
- Generates weekly reports on penalty points within the SBMS software and resolves issues arising within the SBMS system.
Required skills and qualifications:
- A specialist with higher education and at least three years of work experience in a Category I specialist position;
- Must possess proficient user-level experience with software necessary for the branch's efficient economic operations (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and the Internet) and be familiar with information security requirements and regulations.
Working conditions:
- Formal employment based on an employment contract.
- Work week: 6 days (Monday–Saturday); day off: Sunday.
