Corporate Customer Service
Job Responsibilities
- Organizes and supervises the conclusion of contracts with corporate customers — legal entities — for the provision of telecommunications services, connection of subscriber numbers, and activation of additional services;
- Organizes the provision of telecommunications services to the Branch’s subscribers in accordance with the terms of concluded contracts, approved tariffs, and established procedures;
- Reviews written complaints received from customers by the Branch and supervises the preparation of response letters;
- Provides information to service users in accordance with the Law on the Provision of Telephone Services in Public Telecommunications Networks;
- Carries out activities aimed at attracting new customers, preparing and distributing commercial offers, and conducting marketing activities;
- Monitors and controls compliance with contractual requirements and payment discipline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A specialist with higher technical education and at least three years of work experience in a Specialist of Category II position in the relevant field;
- Practical experience as a proficient user of software necessary for the effective economic activities of the Branch, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and Internet, as well as knowledge of information security requirements and regulations.
Working Conditions
- Official employment under an employment contract;
- Working hours: Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 (with a lunch break);
- Annual leave and other social guarantees are provided in accordance with the Labor Code;
- Mobile communication services.
