Job responsibilities:

-      Preparing work orders for primary telephony service requests;

-      Supervising the work of line cable infrastructure electricians in closing fault-related requests from subscribers for telephone and broadband services, in accordance with instructions and the request codifier;

-      Executing the preventive maintenance schedule and carrying out station equipment adjustment works in accordance with regulatory document requirements;

-      Identifying and rectifying all faults in station equipment;

-      Ensuring the operation of direct lines, dedicated lines and connecting lines;

-      Ensuring the timely verification of forward and reverse cartograms;

-      Monitoring the timely activation of newly installed telephones, the release of telephone numbers and the maintenance of relevant documentation;

-      Maintaining records of newly installed broadband service equipment and clients;

-      Timely activation and replacement of new telephone numbers, and performing work related to number relocation and disconnection;

-      Carrying out servicing works on MSAN equipment.

Required skills and qualifications:

-      Secondary vocational education in a relevant field.

-      Knowledge of regulatory documents, instructions and guidance materials on record-keeping.

-      Knowledge of the structural principles of the local telephone network.

-      Knowledge of the fundamentals of electrical engineering.

-      Knowledge of connection schemes for various types of telephone sets and other terminal equipment, including broadband service devices, to the subscriber line.

-      Knowledge of the rules for using and installing terminal equipment for broadband services.

-      Knowledge of procedures for maintaining technical documentation.

-      Knowledge of the rules for performing works in areas adjacent to power transmission lines.

-      Appointment is subject to a special qualification certificate.
