Functional area: IR operations, market analytics and reporting

Job responsibilities:

-      Maintain the annual IR work plan, investor communication calendar and key deliverables tracker;

-      Prepare regular IR activity reports and dashboards for management and the Supervisory Board;

-      Monitor the Company’s share performance, trading volumes, market trends and investor sentiment;

-      Maintain a peer-group database covering financial results, strategic developments and valuation multiples;

-      Collect and analyze analyst forecasts, consensus indicators and market expectations;

-      Prepare concise analytical reviews of the telecommunications sector, capital markets and macroeconomic factors;

-      Coordinate the work plan, version control and approval stages for quarterly and annual results communications;

-      Ensure consistent formatting and version control for IR documents, presentations, Q&A, databases and archives;

-      Analyze IR engagement KPIs, benchmarks and best practices;

-      Develop proposals to automate IR data collection and reporting processes;

-      Support operational information exchange with exchanges, brokers, the depository, registrar and external advisers;

-      Maintain an issue tracker for IR risks, open matters and critical deadlines and escalate them in a timely manner.

Knowledge and skills:

-      Higher education in finance, economics, investments, statistics, business analytics or a related field;

-      At least 2–3 years of experience in IR, equity research, strategy, FP&A, market analysis, brokerage or data analytics;

-      Understanding of capital markets, share trading, valuation multiples and investor sentiment;

-      Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, SQL or other data analytics tools are an advantage;

-      Ability to structure large data sets, perform analysis and present concise conclusions;

-      High attention to accuracy, version-control discipline and the ability to manage multiple deadlines;

-      Experience in telecommunications, a public company or financial markets is preferred;

-      Fluency in Uzbek and Russian and English proficiency of at least B2+, preferably C1.

Certifications:

-      CFA, ACCA, FMVA, Power BI, data analytics or capital-markets certifications will be an advantage.
