Responsibilities
- Ensuring the implementation of the state youth policy in the Company's activities.
- Managing the process of mutually beneficial co-operation between the Agency for Youth Affairs of Uzbekistan and the Company.
- Participation in the development of the draft annual programme of measures for the implementation of the state youth policy in the Company and ensuring its approval in accordance with the established procedure.
- Control over the implementation of the annual programme of measures to implement the state youth policy in the Company and taking measures for rational and efficient use of funds allocated for its implementation.
- Organising and holding meetings on the topic ‘Management and Youth’ to discuss issues related to youth policy, initiatives and problems both in the Company's executive office and in all its branches, in coordination with the Company's management.
Our country is implementing a complex system of measures aimed at bringing up harmoniously developed young generation and creating all necessary conditions for their independent entry into life.
In recent years, the State Youth Policy Act was adopted with a view to strengthening the legal foundations of State youth policy.
In accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-6017 of 30 June 2020 on measures to fundamentally reform and raise State youth policy to a new level, 30 June was declared ‘Youth Day’ in Uzbekistan.
Five key initiatives have been introduced for the effective implementation of State youth policy and comprehensive support for young people, covering the study of their problems, the protection of their rights and legitimate interests, the promotion of young people's ideas and proposals, the organisation of leisure activities involving culture, art, sport and physical education, the improvement of digital literacy, the promotion of reading among young people, and the promotion of women's employment. These measures are aimed at the harmonious development and active participation of young people in social life.
- Born in 1985 in the city of Tashkent. Nationality - Uzbek.
- In 2007 graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.
- 2009 – 2011-yillarda Toshkent davlat iqtisodiyot universtitetini ikkinchi mutaxassislik bo‘yicha tamomlagan.
- In 2025, he received a master's degree in Project Management from the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- He started his career in Uzbektelecom Joint Stock Company in 2017 as an operator of the second category of the group of information service of tariff plans of the subscriber support service of UzMobile branch of Uzbektelecom.

- 2017-2018. - Specialist of the first category of the group of corporate service group of the subscriber support service of "UzMobile" branch of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- 2018 - supervisor of the first category of information and reference service of the branch "Retail Sales Management Center" of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- 2019-2020. - Specialist of the first category of the personnel monitoring and training group of the branch "Sales and Service Center" of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- 2021-2022. - Leading engineer of the technical support service of the branch "Sales and Service Center" of Uzbektelecom JSC.
- 2023 - Head of the mobile communication services service group of the technical support service of "Sales and Service Center" branch of Uzbektelecom JSC.
