The main tasks of the branch are:

• The main tasks of the Branch are as follows:

• Ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of all engineering communication systems of buildings and structures transferred to the Branch's balance in accordance with the relevant orders of the Company, and managing them through modern automated methods such as BMS (building monitoring systems), as well as monitoring the rational consumption of fuel and energy resources;

• Representing the Company in meetings of the Expert Commission and the Technical Committee on Regulatory Documents of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, organizing standardization activities, coordinating work and providing organizational and methodological support in accordance with the current regulatory documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, international and state standards, as well as industry regulations; organizing and coordinating activities for the development (revision, amendment) of internal regulatory documents required for the Company's operations, monitoring their implementation, and performing standard-control duties;

• Maintaining the quality management system in the Company's activities in accordance with the requirements of the O‘z DSt ISO 9001 standard, performing documentation work, organizing interaction with consulting firms and certification bodies for the improvement, coordination, and certification of the quality management system;

• Implementing a unified technical policy on metrological support in the Company's activities in accordance with the requirements of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ensuring the uniformity of metrological measurements and the required accuracy, and working to improve the level of metrological support; exercising metrological control over the condition, use, verification, and repair of measuring instruments, compliance with metrological norms and rules, as well as metrological support of telecommunications services in the branches of the Company;

• Developing and improving a unified digital platform for learning, development, and proper assessment of the competencies of Company employees, providing access to educational programs for the executive office and all branches within the Company, organizing training courses for personnel retraining and professional development, monitoring the educational process and analyzing its effectiveness;

• Developing proposals for the application of artificial intelligence systems in the field of telecommunications, developing innovative solutions based on global experience, and preparing proposals for the development of new services based on M2M (machine to machine), Internet of Things (IoT), and Value Added Services (VAS) technologies;

• Preparing materials related to the Company's activities and telecommunications services and publishing them on the official website, social networks, and other mass media, and participating in the formation of a positive corporate image;

• The Branch also performs other tasks specified in the relevant documents of the Company's management bodies.

• Participation under the leadership of the executive office of the Company in the development, modernization and technical re-equipment of telecommunications facilities and networks by building new and modernizing existing telecommunications networks, taking into account global achievements in the field of telecommunications and information technology

• Provision of telecommunications services,   expansion of the range and improvement of the quality of services provided in order to make a profit

• Determination of priority areas of activity of the structural divisions of the Branch, coordination and management of their activities, implementation of modern technologies in the process of operation

• Carrying out complex works on high-quality technical operation of equipment, structures and telecommunication systems

Mahsulot turlari: SC/UPC-SC/APC konnektorli (30 dan 200 metrgacha) optik tolali kabel (Ftth/drop), optik tolali drop-kabel, kabel kanalizatsiyalarga yotqizish, tayanchlarga ilish va yerga yotqizish uchun magistral optik tolali kabellar (tashqi).

Mahalliylashtirish darajasi: 25% dan 40% gacha

• 2020-yil ishlab chiqarish hajmi: 1192 km optik tolali kabel (Ftth/drop). 6,4 mlrd. so‘m;

• 2021-yil uchun ishlab chiqarish hajmi: 14 883 km. – 34,6 mlrd. so‘m.

• 2022-yil uchun ishlab chiqarish hajmi: 18 543 km. – 53,7 mlrd. so‘m.

• 2023-yil uchun ishlab chiqarish hajmi: 55 000 km ishlab chiqarish rejalashtirilgan – 144,0 mlrd. so‘m.

“O‘zbektelekom” AK va Koreya Respublikasining “GOC Co., Ltd” kompaniyasi hamkorligida “Optik tolali kabel ishlab chiqarishni tashkil etish” loyihasini amalga oshirish maqsadida “LLC GLOBAL OPTICAL COMMUNICATION UZBEKISTAN” qo‘shma korxonasi tashkil etildi. 2020-2022-yillarda to‘g‘ridan to‘g‘ri xorijiy investitsiyalar hisobidan ishlab chiqarish uskunalari, xomashyo va aylanma mablag‘lar ko‘rinishidagi 6 million 400 ming AQSh dollari miqdoridagi investitsiyalar o‘zlashtirildi.

Tayanch-ustun tuzilmalari antennalar va radio uzatgichlarni balandlikka ko‘tarish uchun foydalaniladi. O‘rnatish ochiq maydonlarda va mahalliy joylarda ham amalga oshiriladi.
