The main purpose of the Trade Union Committee of JSC “Uzbektelecom” is to protect the labor, socio-economic, and intellectual rights and interests of trade union members.
The Chairman of the Trade Union Committee conducts negotiations with the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Uzbektelecom”, monitors the implementation of collective agreements, and represents the interests of employees of JSC “Uzbektelecom” in matters related to working conditions, wages, rest, and social guarantees.
Main tasks of the Trade Union Committee:
- Protection of employees’ rights — ensuring compliance with labor legislation
- Wages and incentives — issues of fair salaries, bonuses, and rewards
- Working conditions and safety — creating a healthy and safe working environment
- Social protection — matters of rest, healthcare, and financial assistance
- Youth and women’s issues — ensuring equality and support
- Collective agreements — improving agreements with the employer
- Communication with employees — effective consideration of appeals and proposals.
The Trade Union Committee of JSC “Uzbektelecom” implements measures aimed at organizing employees’ leisure time meaningfully outside of work, as well as strengthening an atmosphere of solidarity and unity within the team. The purpose of these activities is to increase employees’ motivation and improve the efficiency of their work performance.
