- As part of the service, subscribers (individuals and legal entities) are provided with access to the mobile Internet network with unlimited traffic to certain Internet services.
- The service is available on the following tariff plans:
a) For individuals - "Barakali Plus 33/44/55/77/111";
b) For legal entities - "Xizmat 1/2/3", "Business class 25/33/45/60/100". - Individuals can activate/deactivate the service in the MyUZTELECOM application at the UZTELECOM sales and service offices, through the Contact Center branch, in the Personal Account, as well as through a USSD request. Legal entities can connect the service at UZTELECOM sales and service offices or (with the Mobile Budget service connected) via a USSD request.
- After activation, the service is active for 30 days. The countdown starts from the moment the service is activated. If, after this period, the subscriber's account does not have enough funds to extend, access to the services will be limited until the account is replenished. The cost of the service is charged on every 31st day after the activation of the service with a sufficient amount of funds in the personal account.
- Users can simultaneously connect multiple Internet services for unlimited access.
- When changing the number or tariff plan, the terms of service do not change if there is an opportunity to activate these services on the tariff plan. If any service is provided on the tariff plan as part of the tariff, then the similar paid service is disabled.
- When connecting to the resources of the option through proxy servers, VPNs, intermediary sites or using the phone in modem mode, traffic is consumed from the limit included in the tariff plan, the Internet package, or is paid for at the cost of the MB excess limit.
- Internet traffic within the service is consumed when using official websites and applications, as well as within a certain set of IP addresses (protocols). In case of changes in IP addresses on the part of the owners of services / applications, as well as for traffic that is not included in the category of unlimited services and applications (this category includes traffic from the smartphone operating system that appears when using applications), traffic is consumed from the limit included in the tariff plan, the Internet package, or is paid for at the cost of the MB limit.
- The operator provides the volume of traffic specifically for registered IP address ranges. The Company is not responsible for changes in the range of IP addresses on the part of the resource owners and the consumption of the MB limit or Internet package included in the tariff plan.
- By default, smartphones consume mobile traffic in the background: for system updates, application updates, for syncing widget data (weather, calendar, etc.) and social networks, as well as for analytics counters (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com , gstatic.com , stats.g.doubleclick.net ). Internet traffic to these destinations is spent from the limit included in the tariff plan, the Internet package, or is paid at the cost of the MB excess limit.
- Facebook Instagram, Facebook, or VKontakte applications will consume Internet traffic within the allocated general limit on the tariff plan or Internet packages, and not Internet traffic within the services of the allocated unlimited access.
- The Operator reserves the right to add, exclude or change the list of individual services included in the dedicated unlimited access service. At the same time, subscribers will be notified in advance of upcoming changes to the terms of service on the official website of the Company in accordance with the established procedure.
- When downloading and installing applications for services included in the list of services of dedicated unlimited access, Internet traffic is consumed in accordance with the basic tariff plan.
- If there is not enough money in the personal account to automatically activate the service, the service is disabled and remains pending payment. The service is automatically activated as soon as there are enough funds in the account to debit its cost. At the same time, the validity period of the service, if its cost is successfully debited, begins from the moment of the last activation (new term).
- If the subscriber device is configured for automatic network mode: 2G/3G/4G or 4G network mode only, before activating additional services, it is necessary to switch the subscriber device to one of the network modes: 2G/3G/2G Only/ 3G Only. After successful activation of the additional service, the network mode on the subscriber's device can be changed according to the subscriber's preference.
- After sending a USSD request for activation, it is necessary to verify the success of the service connection using a USSD request. In case of non-confirmation of activation, the Company does not accept claims and does not recalculate.
