How to activate the service:
To use the “TelecomTV” service for interactive viewing of TV channels and movies, you need to log in using one of the methods below:
WEB portal:
- Go to the TelecomTV website.
- Authorization will occur automatically — if it doesn’t, make sure you are connected to the UZTELECOM home network.
- Select the content you are interested in and click on it.
- Then choose the Subscription suitable for viewing the selected content from the available list. You will be shown one Subscription option; to view the full list, click “Show other subscription options.”
- Click the “Activate” button. After activation, you will receive an SMS with information about the activated service and its validity period.
iOS (iPhone smartphones and iPad tablets):
- Open the AppStore on your device.
- Search for “TelecomTV” and download the app.
- Open the app; authorization will occur automatically — if it doesn’t, make sure you are connected to the UZTELECOM home network.
- Select the content you are interested in and click on it.
- Choose the Subscription suitable for viewing the selected content from the available list.
- Click the subscription activation button. After activation, you will receive an SMS with information about the activated service and its validity period.
Android (Android smartphones and tablets):
- Open Google Play on your device.
- Search for “TelecomTV” and download the app.
- Open the app; authorization will occur automatically — if it doesn’t, make sure you are connected to the UZTELECOM home network.
- Select the content you are interested in and click on it.
- Choose the Subscription suitable for viewing the selected content from the available list.
- Click the subscription activation button. After activation, you will receive an SMS with information about the activated service and its validity period.
SMART TV or Android TV:
- Find and download “TelecomTV” on your device. To search for the app, press Search on the remote control and search for “TelecomTV.”
- Authorization will occur automatically — if it doesn’t, make sure you are connected to the UZTELECOM home network.
- Select the content you are interested in and click on it.
- Choose the Subscription suitable for viewing the selected content from the available list.
- Click the subscription activation button. After activation, you will receive an SMS with information about the activated service and its validity period.
At the first activation, you will be provided with a free 7-day trial period (if it has not been activated earlier). The service is automatically renewed for the selected duration after the trial period ends. Auto-renewal can be disabled in your personal account in the “Subscriptions” section by selecting your Subscription and clicking to disable auto-renewal. After disabling auto-renewal, the service will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges will be made.
Important! Deleting the “TelecomTV” application does not disable subscription auto-renewal. You must disable the subscription by turning off auto-renewal.
