Errors that occur when connecting PPPoE
Error: 633 "Modem in use or not configured"
  • Restart your computer. Try connecting again. 
  • Recreate connection
Error: 651 "The modem or other communication device reported an error"
  • Restart your computer. Try connecting again. 
  • Check if your network card (local area network) is turned on
  • In Device Manager, enable the network adapter. Check the Internet cable and router
  • Try to recreate the connection; if unsuccessful, contact technical support. by number 062.
Error: 676 "Line Busy"
  • Turn off and then on again the local network connection. Please try connecting again.
  • Restart your computer and try connecting again.
  • The error occurs if the nVidia motherboard (adapter) - remove and reinstall the network driver.
  • If this does not help, then contact technical support at 062.
Error: 678 "The remote computer is not responding"
  • Check your antivirus program and firewall settings (if available).
  • In Device Manager, enable the network adapter.
  • Check the LAN cable connection and contact in the connectors.
  • If the network card is not working properly, you may need to reinstall the driver or replace the device.
  • There may be a cable break on the line or the access server is disconnected. Contact technical support at 062.
Error: 691 "Access is denied because the username or password is not valid in this domain"
  • Make sure that the English keyboard layout is enabled and Caps Lock is disabled on your keyboard. Please enter your Username and Password carefully.

Error: 711 "The Remote Access Manager service could not be started"
  • Right-click on the My Computer icon, select Manage, in the window that opens, select services and service applications and activate the Telephony and Remote Access Connection Manager services.
Error: 720 "The connection attempt failed because the remote and local computers were unable to negotiate PPP control protocols"
  • Tick the “Internet Protocol TCP/IP” line in the “Local Area Network Connections” properties;
  • Run an integrity check and restore system files. To do this, click “Run…” in the Start menu and type sfc /scannow
  • You need to reinstall the driver on the network card; if that doesn’t help, then reinstall the operating system on your computer.
  • If reinstalling the operating system does not help, use the instructions for experienced PC users.
Error: 734 "The PPP link control protocol was interrupted"
  • In the Network Connections folder, right-click the connection you are using. Select the Properties command and open the Security tab. In the list when checking, select - Unsecure password.
Error: 769 "The specified destination is unreachable"
  • In network connections, enable LAN connection. 
  • In Device Manager - enable the network adapter
Error: 800
  • You have created a VPN connection. You need to create PPPoE
Possible errors when connecting a VPN connection
Error: 52: Failed to connect to the network due to the existence of matching names
  • This error usually occurs when registering a computer on a network. The reason is that the IP address of the VPN connection (this address is assigned automatically) matches the IP address that is already in the system. Check what address is assigned to the DVB board, 1394 Adapter, Microsoft Loopback Adapter, or other connection, if any, in general it should be 192.168.138.138 (mask 255.255.255.0).
Errors: 600, 601, 603, 606, 607, 610, 613, 614, 616, 618, 632, 635, 637, 638, 645: An internal Windows error has occurred
  • Restart your computer. If the error persists, check your computer for viruses. Remove recently installed programs, or undo recent changes in Windows settings, if any
Error: 611: Windows internal network configuration is not configured correctly
  • Restart your computer and make sure that the local network is functioning normally on your computer. If the error persists, contact technical support.
Error: 612: Windows internal network configuration is not configured correctly
  • Similar to error 611. In addition, the error may be caused by a lack of resources (memory) on your computer. Try closing running programs
Error: 617: Windows is in the process of connecting to the Internet, or an internal Windows error has occurred
  • Wait a few minutes. If the connection is not established and the error persists when connecting again, restart your computer.
Error: 619: The VPN connection security settings are incorrectly configured, VPN traffic is blocked on the way to the gateway, or the VPN settings have not taken effect.
  • In the properties of the VPN connection, open the "Security" tab - "Normal (recommended settings)" should be selected and the "Data encryption required (otherwise disabled)" checkbox should be checked. Restart your computer and try connecting again. Check your firewall settings, and if you are not sure they are correct, disable it.
Error: 633: Modem is already in use or not configured for outgoing calls
  • The VPN device that should be used by the network cannot be opened. Contact technical support.
Error: 635: An error has occurred in Windows
  • Try reinstalling the VPN connection or Windows entirely. If all else fails, contact technical support.
Error: 642: Your computer has been assigned a NetBIOS name that is already in use on the network
  • Change the computer name, My Computer - Properties - "Computer Name" tab - in the "Identification" section.
Errors: 650, 721: VPN server is not responding
  • Check your network adapter settings and make sure your local network is working. If you have checked everything but found no errors, call technical support.
Error 769: No response from VPN (PPPoE) server
  • The error occurs due to a disabled local network connection or a missing physical link.
  • Check whether your network card (local area network) is turned on. Check your VPN (PPPoE) connection settings and your firewall settings (if it is installed on your computer). If all else fails, contact technical support.
Error: 691 Incorrect login or password entered, or the account has run out of funds
  • Make sure that when entering your login and password, the "Caps Lock" key on the keyboard is turned off and the English layout is set. If you are sure that you are entering your login and password correctly, and you have funds in your account (you can check this in your personal account), then contact our network’s technical support service.
Error: 734: The PPP link control protocol was interrupted
  • Check the security settings of the VPN connection: open the “Security” tab - “Normal (recommended settings)” should be selected and the “Data encryption required (otherwise disconnect)” checkbox must be checked
Error: 735: VPN connection is not configured correctly
  • Make sure that a specific IP address is not specified in the network settings (more precisely, in the TCP/IP protocol settings) of the VPN connection, and all parameters are obtained automatically.
Errors: 741, 742, 743, 789: Encryption settings are incorrectly configured. Incorrect VPN connection type selected
  • Go to the VPN connection settings and disable the “data encryption” item. Go to the VPN connection settings and on the "Network" tab, from the "VPN Type" list, select "PPTP VPN". Try connecting again.
Error: 797: A name already in use is specified in the computer settings
  • In the network identification settings, in the “computer name” field, enter your login, and in the “workgroup” field, enter “crystalnet” (without quotes).
Error: 800: No access to VPN server
  • Make sure that your local network is turned on and working, and that in the VPN server settings the address “192.168.1.1” (without quotes) is specified in the “Computer name” field. Try to recreate the connection; if unsuccessful, contact technical support.
