To request a service, go to the “Service Catalogue” section. Once the details of your request have been confirmed, LiTRO will issue an invoice, which you can pay directly in the app using a linked bank card.

How to Request a Service
- Open the MyUztelecom app.
- Go to the “Service Catalogue” section and select LiTRO.
- Select the service you need and review its description.
- Enter the city, your phone number, and the vehicle’s exact location.
- Tap “Submit Request”.
- Wait for a message or call from a LiTRO representative. A specialist will confirm the details of your request.
- Once the details have been confirmed, an invoice will be generated in the app.
- Check the amount and pay the invoice using a bank card linked to the MyUztelecom app.
- Once payment has been received, a LiTRO partner will begin providing the requested service.
