Description:
The service "Automatic extension of the monthly Internet package" (hereinafter referred to as the Service) is provided to subscribers of the UZTELECOM GSM network. Thanks to this service, subscribers can automatically extend the validity of their monthly Internet packages.
Activation: via the MyUTC mobile app or by USSD command 1911/211#
Deactivation: via the MyUTC mobile app or by USSD command 1911/212#
Terms of use of the "Automatic renewal of the monthly Internet package" service:
- The service is charged automatically on the day of activation and is renewed monthly.
- The service remains active until the subscriber deactivates it, and the subscription fee is debited every month.
- If the subscriber does not have an active monthly Internet package, he must deactivate the service manually.
- The service is not deactivated automatically if there is no active Internet package.
- If the subscription fee for the service is debited, and there is no Internet package, the subscriber is provided with 1 GB of Internet traffic.
- The service is available for all tariff plans that include monthly Internet packages.
- If the subscriber's account does not have sufficient funds to pay for the service, it is not activated and the remaining Internet package is not extended.
- If an additional Internet package is purchased during the service, the remaining Internet traffic is extended for 30 days from the date of activation of the new package. If the service was charged on the day the subscription fee was written off, the validity period of the remaining Internet package is extended for 30 days from the date of this charging.
