- *In order to use the service, a new subscriber must contact the UZTELECOM sales and service office with a device that supports eSIM technology and an identity document to conclude an Agreement for the provision of UZTELECOM mobile communication services in the GSM standard.
- **Current subscribers can replace their existing standard SIM card with an eSIM at UZTELECOM sales and service offices during a personal visit. To do this, you must have a device that supports eSIM technology on which the subscriber plans to use eSIM, and an identity document. When replaced with an eSIM, the standard (current) SIM card stops working.
