The “Smart Services” service is a platform that enables users to access various types of services through a single platform in a convenient, fast, and reliable manner.
Within the scope of this service, all services are provided by a partner organization. The cost and terms of the services are determined independently by the organization providing the respective services.
Once a user places an order for a service via the MyUTC mobile application, all processes related to the provision of the service are managed and executed by the partner organization. The terms, duration, and procedures for the service provision shall be disclosed to the user in advance.
