VoLTE (Voice over Long-Term Evolution) is a voice transmission technology for LTE (4G) networks. It allows subscribers to make voice calls over the internet using a broadband LTE connection instead of traditional 2G or 3G networks.
Advantages of VoLTE:
a)HD voice quality: provides high-quality real-time audio;
b)Fast connection and disconnection: calls are established faster, and connection drops are rare;
c)Simultaneous use of 4G mobile internet and voice calls, allowing higher data transmission speeds during an active call.
VoLTE provides a more satisfying voice calling experience by ensuring high clarity.
How to activate: the service is available by default; however, the VoLTE function must be enabled individually in the phone settings for each device.

Service management via USSD:
a) *130*1*1# - activate;
b) *130*1*0# - deactivate.
The service is available on all tariff plans for all individual and corporate subscribers (except subscribers connected to the M2M Basic tariff plan).
Service activation cost: 0 UZS
Incoming and outgoing calls are charged according to the rates established by the subscriber’s tariff plan.
To activate the “VoLTE Access” service, the “4G Network Access” service must be available.
If the subscriber’s account is blocked, the “VoLTE Access” service will not be available.
To use the “VoLTE Access” service, the subscriber must be within the LTE coverage area of Uztelecom.
Voice calls with the “VoLTE Access” service are available throughout the LTE coverage area of Uztelecom.
During voice calls using the “VoLTE Access” service, minutes are deducted within the tariff plan and minute package limits, or charged according to the established out-of-package rates.
MBs included in the tariff plan, MB package, and internet traffic are not consumed during voice calls using the “VoLTE Access” service.
If a subscriber leaves the LTE coverage area of Uztelecom during a call, the connection will automatically switch to the 2G/3G network without interrupting the call.
The “VoLTE Access” and “Conference Call” services are mutually exclusive. Activating the VoLTE service results in the removal of the “Conference Call” service.
