Subscription Price
- The subscription price is 9 999 soums, including VAT. The debit is carried out from the personal account of mobile communication services or home Internet, provided that there is a sufficient amount of money.
- Subscription activation and deactivation are available in the MyUztelecom mobile app.
- The Subscription period is 30 days, and is calculated from the moment the Subscription is activated.
- The subscription has an Auto-renewal feature, which allows you to extend the Subscription for the next period of validity without performing additional actions.
- If the subscriber's personal account does not have enough funds, the Subscription is disabled on the last day of the period.
- If the subscriber deposits the required amount to his personal account within 10 days after disconnecting the subscription, then the Subscription is automatically debited and activated for 30 days from the date of debiting the fee.
- If the subscriber does not replenish his personal account with the required amount within 10 days after disabling the subscription, the Auto-renewal function is disabled and the subscriber will need to activate the Subscription through the MyUZTELECOM application.
- In case of cancellation of the subscription fee for Uzbektelecom JSC services and Subscriptions on the same day, the subscription fee for Uzbektelecom JSC services is debited first.
- If the subscriber has never activated a Subscription on any site, the subscriber is provided with a 60-day free trial period.
- The amount charged for subscription activation is non-refundable and/or recalculated.
- To use the Subscription, you must activate the Mobile Internet service if it was previously turned off.
- Subscription activation is available on all tariff plans (except for M2M series tariff plans).
- Subscription activation for legal entities is available only when the Mobile Budget service is enabled.
- Subscribers are informed about the launch of the service, the terms of Subscription connection, as well as the changes being made by Uzbektelecom JSC by posting relevant information on the Internet on the official website www.uztelecom .uz and other means of communication. Subscribers can independently check the relevant changes on the above-mentioned website.
