Fifth link Power supply and climate control equipment group

 

Job Responsibilities:

-        Carries out the construction and reconstruction of electrical installations and battery systems and ensures the uninterrupted operation of the existing power supply and lighting systems at the unit.

-        Performs work on electrical installations with voltage up to 1,000 V in accordance with the relevant authorization.

-        Participates in organizational activities aimed at ensuring efficient use and saving of electrical energy within the unit.

-        Conducts scheduled inspections of the technical condition of electrical installations and battery systems.

-        Participates together with group employees in practical and technical training on the operation of power supply equipment, occupational health and safety, and technical matters related to the industry.

-        Prepares documentation for submitting requests for materials, spare parts and equipment required for work on electrical installations.

-        Participates in developing work plans for the activities of the group and in preparing quarterly reports.

-        Participates in carrying out operational and technical measures to prevent accidents and respond to emergency situations, as well as measures aimed at improving the technical condition of power supply equipment.

-        Performs work related to the operation, reconstruction, construction, installation and commissioning of electrical installations.

-        Determines the causes of power outages in the electrical network supplying the unit with external power.

-        Takes prompt measures during prolonged power outages and informs the management of the unit and the branch, as well as the Head of the Group.

-        Starts the diesel generator set (DGS) or transports mobile DGS units to the designated location and ensures their proper operation.

-        Participates in eliminating emergency situations at the automated telephone exchange.

-        Performs preventive maintenance on all power equipment at the unit and records the work in the relevant documentation.

-        Performs daily tasks involving electrical equipment in accordance with established procedures, based on a properly issued work permit/task order and in compliance with safety regulations.

-        Participates in the current metrological inspection and servicing of utility meters (gas, water and electricity) under the responsibility of the unit and prepares the relevant documentation.

-        Repairs climate-control equipment and control-and-signal devices upon requests from the structural divisions of the unit and prepares the relevant documentation upon completion of the work.

-        Performs repair work on electrical installations under stationary conditions (and, in certain cases, on site) in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical manuals and applicable technical specifications.

-        Takes measures to prevent emergency shutdowns of climate-control equipment and electrical installations and ensures their efficient operation.

-        Performs technical maintenance and routine preventive work on solar panels under the responsibility of the unit.

-        Prepares requests for the purchase of necessary materials, spare parts, tools and equipment.

-        Submits monthly reports on the movement of materials and spare parts to the Branch Accounting Department and the Branch Energy Supply and Climate-Control Equipment Operation Service.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-        Higher technical education.

-        Knowledge of the main areas of industry development, the areas of activity of the Company and the Branch, and governing materials defining the profile and specialization of the organization.

-        Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts, regulatory documents and labor legislation.

-        Knowledge of procedures for working with electrical installations and safety regulations.

-        Knowledge of current and voltage standards for electrical equipment.

-        Knowledge of and compliance with occupational health and safety, industrial safety, sanitation and hygiene, and fire safety rules and regulations.

-        Experience using MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) at an advanced user level.

-        Knowledge of and compliance with occupational health and safety, industrial safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety rules and standards.

-        Compliance with internal labor regulations.

-        Communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 

Working Conditions:

-        Official employment under an employment contract.

-        Working week: 6 days (Monday–Saturday), with Sunday as the day off.

-        Working hours: Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 17:00; Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00 (with a lunch break).

-        Annual leave and other social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code.

-        The job may require business trips or on-site inspections at facilities.
