Job Responsibilities:
- Identifies and resolves the location and nature of faults at subscriber points with overhead and cable entries.
- Ensures the proper functioning and safe storage of tools and equipment.
- Performs tasks related to cable securing and fastening.
- Inspects medium-type telephone manholes, overhead and cable line routes, and telephone conduits.
- Locates cable damage when functional fibers are available and takes corrective actions.
- Performs the installation of distribution cabinets, boxes, and other terminal cable devices.
- Uses cable locators to determine routes and burial depths.
- Participates in construction and installation works at sites and executes them according to established procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Secondary specialized vocational education.
- Qualification in telecommunication network construction, communication lines, or related technical fields.
- Proficiency in working with optical fiber and copper cables.
- Experience in using welding (splicing), measurement, and testing equipment.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, and technical safety regulations.
- Ability to read and understand project and technical documentation.
- At least 6 months of practical experience in splicing, connecting, and testing cable lines.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other specialists (engineers, builders).
Work Conditions:
- Official employment based on a labor contract.
- Work week: 6 days (Monday–Saturday), Day off: Sunday.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 09:00 to 17:00, Sat 09:00 to 15:00 (including lunch break).
