Capital construction coordination department

Position responsibilities:

- Knowledge of the construction and documentation of fiber-optic communication lines.

- Knowledge of the construction and documentation of mobile communication facilities.

- Preparation of F-2 documentation for completed telecommunication network facilities.

- Ensuring compliance with construction norms, standards, and technical requirements.

- Maintaining technical construction documentation and preparing reports.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Higher education;

- Knowledge of technical safety, fire safety, sanitation, and occupational health and safety regulations.

- Computer literacy (proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint).

- Thorough knowledge of construction standards and codes (O‘z DSt, MQN, GOST, ShNQ).

- Ability to perform engineering calculations.

- Coordination of capital construction projects.

- Knowledge of construction materials and technologies.

- At least 3 years of work experience.

- Ability to work effectively within a team.

Working conditions:

- Formal employment based on an employment contract.

- Working week: 5 days (Monday-Friday), days off – Saturday and Sunday.

- Working hours: usually from 09:00 to 18:00 (with a lunch break).

- Vacation and other social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code.

- Work activities may require travel or on-site inspections at the facility.
