Capital construction coordination department
Position responsibilities:
- Overall management of design work for construction and reconstruction projects;
- Coordination of the design process across all engineering disciplines;
- Quality control and verification of the completeness of project documentation;
- Ensuring compliance with construction norms, standards, and technical requirements;
- Coordination of the work of various engineering departments (structural, electrical, telecommunications, water supply, HVAC, etc.);
- Development and optimization of technical solutions;
- Participation in the review and approval of design and cost estimate documentation;
- Technical collaboration with clients, contractors, and design organizations;
- Provision of author’s supervision (design supervision) during the construction process;
- Maintenance of technical documentation and preparation of reports for projects.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Higher education degree in architecture or construction.
- Additional professional development training or certifications in technical supervision, interior supervision, or author’s supervision (design supervision) within the construction sector are highly desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of construction standards and regulations (O‘z DSt, SNiP, GOST, SHNQ).
- Ability to perform engineering calculations.
- Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Knowledge of construction materials and technologies.
- Experience in project management and coordination.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Working conditions:
- Formal employment based on an employment contract.
- Working week: 5 days (Monday-Friday), days off – Saturday and Sunday.
- Working hours: usually from 09:00 to 18:00 (with a lunch break).
- Vacation and other social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code.
- Work activities may require travel or on-site inspections at the facility.
