Position responsibilities:
- Organizes technical maintenance during videoconference meetings of the city and district administrations, state-level festive events.
- Ensures the implementation of rules and instructions for the organization and technical operation of telecommunication equipment, and controls the quality of work performed.
- Organizes reliable, high-quality and uninterrupted operation of the technical equipment being serviced. - Prepares 2 hours before the start of the selector meeting, checks the condition of the equipment.
- Ensures the uninterrupted operation of videoconferencing devices.
- Ensures the implementation of all adjustments to the equipment.
- Takes into account and analyzes the quality indicators of the connected equipment.
- Controls the technical condition of the equipment and its timely scheduled maintenance and repair.
- Brings the equipment and equipment to the established standards and ensures the compliance of grounding devices with technical standards.
- Monitors the basic technical condition and correct use of equipment, organizes their periodic inspection and repair.
- Ensures that equipment, tools, instruments, dielectric protective equipment are maintained in accordance with established requirements.
- Determines the need for equipment, materials and other resources necessary to perform assigned work and takes measures to provide these resources, ensure the integrity of equipment, equipment and tools, and ensure their use.
- Investigates the causes of videoconferencing failures.
- Eliminates malfunctions and accidents in the connected equipment, investigates the causes of their occurrence.
- Ensures the timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Complies with the requirements of the quality management system documentation.
- Enters relevant information into technical programs.
Required skills and qualifications:
- secondary vocational education.
- Regulatory legal acts, regulatory documents, methodological and other guiding documents defining the activities of the group;
- The company's quality policy and goals;
- Principles of the structure of telephone and optical networks in the territory;
- Constructions of line structures used (cable boxes, poles, entrance poles, distribution boxes) and the rules for laying and connecting subscriber lines from them;
- Basics of electrical engineering;
- Schemes for connecting various types of telephone sets and other terminal devices, including broadband service devices, to the subscriber line;
- Operation, installation and adjustment of broadband terminal equipment;
- Service area;
- Procedure for maintaining technical documentation;
- Internet connection technologies (GPON, FTTB, xDSL);
- Wi-Fi signals and frequencies;
- rules and standards of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety.
- Planning and control of maintenance, repair work;
- Working with reports and acts;
- Compliance with internal labor discipline;
- Compliance with labor protection, safety, fire safety and industrial sanitation rules;
- Communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Working conditions:
- Formal employment based on an employment contract.
- Working week: 6 days (Monday–Saturday), day off – Sunday.
