Job responsibilities

-      Ensures the continuous and stable operation of MSAN, OLT and other telecommunications devices and performs preventive maintenance of devices (MSAN, OLT and other) located in the central ATS in accordance with its instructions;

-      The Auto Repair Bureau (ARB) receives and determines the nature of complaints about unsatisfactory operation of subscriber devices received through the portals and websites of BS, higher authorities;

-      Adds and changes customer technical information in the UTR system;

-      Report and analyze the faults closed through the cable shop, DZ and GeoWFM in the Gis-app program report, analyze whether they exceed the established standards, and provide information to the SIG lead engineer on a daily basis;

Skills and qualifications required

-      Specialist with secondary professional education;

-      Principles of regional telephone network structure;

-      Basics of electrical engineering;

-      Rules for the use and installation of broadband end-to-end equipment;

-      Technical documentation maintenance procedure;

-      Must have experience at the level of a skilled user in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and KTP, GeoUTR, SBMS software

Working conditions:

-      Formal employment based on an employment contract.

-      Working week: 6 days (Monday–Saturday), day off – Sunday.

-      Vacation and other social guarantees are provided in accordance with the Labor Code
