Job Responsibilities
– Develops master plans, floor plans, facades, cross-sections, and spatial-planning solutions for buildings and structures, as well as design and planning solutions for backbone communication networks;
– Develops and coordinates design and cost-estimate documentation;
– Performs preliminary calculations to determine the estimated cost of constructing OTAL, IT, and VPN channels for the purpose of concluding construction contracts;
– Ensures that projects and technical documentation under development comply with design standards, other regulatory documents, and the specific design assignment;
– Analyzes design and cost-estimate documentation submitted by branch nodes for compliance with technical specifications;
– Prepares reports and data regarding design-survey works and major renovation projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
– Higher education (in Architecture) and at least three years of work experience in a Category I specialist position; – Must have work experience in the design field; proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software; knowledge of construction standards and regulatory documents; practical knowledge of developing and coordinating design and estimate documentation; and knowledge of information security requirements and regulations.
– Relevant license as a Chief Project Architect in design organizations.
– Relevant license for author's supervision (field supervision).
– Proficiency in (AutoCAD or Revit) and (TNQ Qurilish or ABS) software.
Working conditions:
– Formal employment based on an employment contract.
– Work week: 6 days (Monday–Saturday); day off – Sunday.
– Working hours: Monday–Friday 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday 09:00 to 13:00 (including a lunch break).
– Leave and other social guarantees provided in accordance with the Labor Code.
– Mobile communication allowance.
