Position responsibilities:

- Analyze educational processes of the training center using BI tools;

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs (online, offline, hybrid);

- Monitor key metrics (participation, completion, performance);

- Collect, process, and analyze statistical data;

- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);

- Analyze KPIs and provide recommendations to improve performance;

- Deliver regular analytical reports to management.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Higher education, preferably with practical experience;

- Experience in BI or data analysis;

- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools;

- Strong Excel skills;

- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data;

- Understanding of KPIs and statistical analysis;

- Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian (English is an advantage).

Working conditions:

- Formal employment based on an employment contract.

- Working week: 5 days (Monday-Friday), days off – Saturday and Sunday.

- Working hours: usually from 09:00 to 18:00 (with a lunch break).

- Vacation and other social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code.

- Work activities may require travel or on-site inspections at the facility.
