Job responsibilities:

• Developing training programmes and educational and methodological materials;
• Ensuring the methodological accuracy of educational content;
• Forming the structure and logical sequence of training courses;
• Conducting expert review of training materials and monitoring their quality;
• Introducing modern pedagogical approaches and methodologies;
• Establishing methodological collaboration with instructors and content creators;
• Developing methodological recommendations for improving the learning process.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Higher or secondary specialised education with practical experience (pedagogy or a relevant field);
• Experience as a methodologist or in the field of education;
• Knowledge of modern teaching methods and methodologies;
• Experience in developing training programmes;
• Analytical thinking and a systematic approach;
• Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian; English is an advantage.

Working conditions:

• Official employment under a formal labour contract.
• Working week: 5 days (Monday–Friday), days off — Saturday and Sunday.
• Working hours: typically 09:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break.
• Annual leave and other social guarantees in accordance with the Labour Code.
• Business trips or on-site inspections may be required as part of work activities.
• Opportunities for professional development through skills upgrading, training courses and seminars.
