Job responsibilities:

-      Controls the correct and accurate maintenance of primary accounting documents;

-      Keeps records of equipment to be sold and other inventory items (goods and materials);

-      Generates outgoing electronic invoices and ensures their timely dispatch to external counterparties, and also controls the electronic receipt of incoming invoices from external counterparties and their entry into the accounting software;

-      Controls the inventory accounting of goods and materials;

-      Controls the accounting of cash flows on the relevant bank accounts and corporate cards of the branch, as well as the correct execution of payments for taxes and other obligations;

-      Participates in the annual scheduled and unscheduled inventory of goods and materials and fixed assets in the prescribed manner, provides a complete list of goods and materials and fixed assets to the commission appointed to conduct the inventory, and prepares information on its results;

-      Performs reconciliation of settlements with suppliers and customers;

 

Required skills and qualifications:

-      Higher education (in finance, economics, management, or related fields);

-      Must have work experience as an advanced user of "1C:Enterprise" software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

-      Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages;

-      Communication and teamwork skills;

-      Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;

-      Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

 

Working conditions:

-      Official employment based on an employment contract;

-      Work week: 5 days (Monday–Friday), weekends – Saturday and Sunday;

-      Working hours: typically from 09:00 to 18:00 (with a lunch break);

-      Vacation and other social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code;

-      Business trips or the need for on-site inspections may occur during work;
